Three Bean Salad

2 cups wax beans
2 cups kidney beans
2 medium red onions, thin sliced
1 fresh bell pepper, thin sliced
2/3 cups white vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup unrefined sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery seed

Combine and chill for 12 hours.
