Sauteed Mushrooms

  • mushrooms, fresh, sliced - 8 c
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • Bragg liquid aminos, 1 tablespoon
  • garlic, raw, 6 cloves chopped
  • olive oil, 1/4 cup
  • onions, 2 C chopped raw
  • white wine vinegar, thyme, black pepper

    Medium-high heat, roughly 10 minutes.
    Can be halved for smaller batch.
