Simple Bell Pepper Salad

  • 2 lb sliced bell peppers
  • 2 roughly chopped red onions
  • 6 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 5 tablespoons pickle juice OR white vinegar with 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons dill, 1 teaspoon black pepper
