Vital Wheat Gluten, 2 1/3 cups

Chickpea Flour, 1/2 cup

Miso Paste

1 TB to blender

1 TB to pot
Rosemary powder
1 tsp to blender

1 tsp to pot

Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Chives
1 teaspoon each to blenderXX

Tomato Product (can also be paste or puree)
3 TB to blenderXX

Marmite (or vegemite), liquid aminos, Balsamic vinegar, Black Pepper
1 TB each to blenderXX



STEPS

Blend

Splat

Knead for 10 minutes

Scoop 1/3 cup

Patty

Bring to boil, then turn down heat

Simmer 55 minutes

Makes about 12

Save broth, add approx 2 tb flour,
nutritional yeast, make gravy
