Vegan Pizza Dough by Connoisseurus Veg

Quick Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water, heated to about 110 degrees F
  • 1 (1/4 ounce) packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon organic granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour, plus more as needed
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour, plus more as needed.

    HALF recipe for only ONE 16" pizza.
    Brown crust before adding toppings.
    Let rise for 1-2 hours, depending on room temp.
    Use about one pint of sauce for 16".

    Vegan White sauce by Vegan in the Freezer

    Quick Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews raw
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • One pint covers 16" pizza. Nutrition Info:

    Vegan Mozzarella Cheese by Loving It Vegan

    Quick Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Raw Cashews (75g)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Agar Agar Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Tapioca Starch
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Refined Coconut Oil (80ml)
  • 1 2/3 cups Water (400ml)
    As soon as it starts to bubble along the sides, set your timer for 2 minutes and keep stirring.
    Remove from the heat, pour it out into lightly greased glass container to set.
  • 1/8 entire recipe (approx amount I put on one pizza.)

    by adding a small can of tomato paste,
    Italian herb seasoning, and sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast,
    for an extra punch of pizza flavor
    and a colorful presentation!

    (Potato Pizza)

    Topping:
  • 2 medium yellow onions, halved and thinly sliced
  • *about* 20 ounces Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, sliced to ¼ inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
  • 3/4 cup vegan cottage cheese

    WHOLE WHEAT CRUST RECIPE

    Per 1/8 recipe:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

    1/2 tsp salt & pepper

    2 TB thyme

    1 TB honey or agave

    Use hands to coat with dressing

    Bake potatoes and onions

    Coat 16" pizza pan with semolina

    Roll out crust

    Bake at about 400 5-10 min

    Brown before topping

    Spread topping to edge

    Add vegan ricotta/cottage cheese

    Bragg Nutritional Yeast & seasonings

    Bake 400 until desired brown

    Goes great with apple sage sausage & apple & onion chutney!
