Easy Probiotic Cashew Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Cashews (225g) Soaked in water for at least 6 hours
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 probiotic capsules
  • 2 tsp Chopped Chives or dill, optional for garnish

    Instructions

    Blend all EXCEPT PROBIOTIC CAPSULES, in food processor until creamy.
    Blend in probiotics AFTER processing with WOODEN SPOON, so as not to spoil them.
    Cover with cheesecloth and leave on counter at least 24 hours, up to 72.
