Vanilla Cardamom Ice Cream

  • One cup raw almond meal
  • 1 qt organic fat-free coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar
  • One quarter cup arrowroot
  • Two tablespoons vanilla extract
  • One half teaspoon cardamom
  • Bring to a boil for 6 minutes, makes three pints.
