1 1/3 cups powdered sugar + dipping
Form into balls, roll in powdered sugar.
Bake at 325 approx. 20 minutes
Makes approx 100 - [It's Christmas!! :)]
I prefer to buy these dates whole and chop them.
Like processed cheeses, the pre-chopped ones are coated to prevent sticking, which is less
healthy, and not as fresh. However, they can gum up the food processor... :)
