Make tea from 2 cups herb of choice and four cups boiling water.
Steep up to 30 minutes.
Strain, add 6 cups sugar, and 1.5 tsp vegan butter.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Cook until hardens when small amount dropped in cold water, 300 degrees.
Pour into buttered shallow pan. Score into squares before it sets.
Wrap the hardened pieces individually and store in airtight container.
