1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar (120ml)
1/4 cup Water (60ml)
2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Whisk together, heat to a simmer, let cool and refrigerate.
