Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 TB capers
  • 1 TB dijon mustard
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1 TB white miso
  • 1 TB maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup whole raw cashews
  • 1 TB white vinegar or pickle juice
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1 cup dilstilled water
    (Slowly drizzle water into food
    processor while blending.)
